WOW! What a difference a year makes.

The crowd at APEX 2004 was looking for new equipment in a big way. Attendees came with a real need for test and inspection systems, and many of them stopped by the DiagnoSYS booth. At times the crowd was two and three deep, lined up to see the ScanPoint and PinPoint systems on display.

APEX is also the time of year that we meet with our manufacturing representatives to review and discuss our product line. This results in a better understanding of your needs by us and the capabilities of our product lines by our reps. We appreciate all of you that stopped by our booth at the show to say hello.

New PinPoint Extended Warranty Available
Manage your Test TCO

Looking for a way to limit TCO (total cost of ownership) for your PinPoint? Get an extended warranty. While the overall costs of owning a PinPoint are low, we're often faced with the choice to repair or replace aging testers. Training Makes Strategies Successful
Keeping Current

One of the key ingredients to a successful test strategy is ensuring operators are properly trained. Keeping current on tester operations is an investment in your staff. When turnover occurs, new operators require the same dedication to education as when the tester was first introduced to your facility. DiagnoSYS helps you maintain that commitment with regularly scheduled training.

Standard training classes for the PinPoint II Functional In-Circuit Test System are offered monthly throughout the year. Classes are held at our main office in Kissimmee, FL. Here's the schedule for the next few months:

  • June 21-25
  • July 19-23
  • August 16-20

Continuing the Quality

You've heard that phrase on one cell phone carrier's commercials for years. It represents a demanding principle in wireless communications - clarity of speech. It leaves consumers with the idea that one wireless provider is better than the others.

The catchy phrase fails to mention what happens once the wireless signal reaches the cell tower. The old-style wired network takes over directing the call to its destination. Ensuring the continuing quality of the copper network is a constant challenge., and that's where GR-909 and DiagnoSYS Systems take over.

While the GR-909 standard has been around for many years, the DiagnoSYS GR-909 test & verification suite recently became the standard at a number of major telecom suppliers. The new test & verification suite is the latest tool for the S765ST Telecom tester.

The GR-909 Test & Verification Suite is the result of a customer centric approach to product development. An initial group of end users joined with DiagnoSYS Systems to bring a real world approach to the development as a Telecom GR-909 Users Group. Members of this group include representatives from Bell South, SBC, Sprint, Marconi, Verizon and AFC.

DiagnoSYS Introduces Analog Card Calibration Service
Yearly Certification

When did you check the calibration on your PinPoint to ensure it was accurate? Yearly calibrations are an important part of maintaining control of your test results.

If your laboratory is as busy as most, there never seems to be a good time to perform these basic operational checks. We assume that since we've had no operational failures that our readings are within an acceptable margin of error., but you need to rely on more than that.

Now there's a way to ensure that your analog measurements are within tolerance. DiagnoSYS is introducing a calibration service for all PinPoint I and PinPoint II analog cards. Links Did you know that our UK office moved into new quarters? November marked a turning point in the history of DiagnoSYS when the Company moved into a 27,000sq ft facility. The opening of the building coincided with the conclusion of DiagnoSYS distributor conference, hosting 30 representatives from 12 different countries.
